From the Scottish steakhouse to the French fine-dining restaurant, Mark indulged the passion for Food & Beverage and expressed the enthusiasm for his work at French Grill.

Tam is properly the most famous woman in Vietnamese fairy tales. She is not only beautiful, amiable and sincere but also resillent and determined to fight for her own happiness. Inspired by the story, bartender Tuan from French Grill has created a new cocktail named 'Lady Tam' as sweet, gentle and delicate as her characteristics.
